More than 35 years between business and healthcare.

I've sat on both sides of the table. Multinationals, my own company, startups, clinics, distributors in very different markets.

I've shut down a company. I've had angry investors. I've also made people a lot of money. That teaches more than an MBA — though I have one too.

What I do best: sit down with an owner, a CEO or a founder, listen, ask, and help them see their business with fresh eyes.

I'm not a textbook consultant. Every business is different. What works in a clinic in Barcelona doesn't work in one in Seville. I've seen it.
